Best Adaptive Reuse
The Veranda Inn is proud to announce its nomination as a finalist for the 2010 Texas Downtown Association's Best Adaptive Reuse of property.
The award recognizes excellence in adaptive reuse, which is the conversion of existing or underutilized buildings into new uses such as residential and live/work spaces. Buildings often outlive their original purposes. Adaptive Reuse is a process that adapts buildings for new uses while retaining their original features.
About Us
The Veranda Inn was built on Texas values. When you visit us in Nocona, etiquette is still alive. We address our customers as "Sir" or "Ma'am," open doors for women and invite you to our local events.
We are the Fenoglio family. Steeped in Texas tradition when our great-great grandparents emigrated here in the 1870's from Italy, there are more than 400 Fenoglio decedents that live in greater Montague County. As a family we revere customer service, great food and the relationships we build.
